A New Beginning is a free legal clinic designed to help eligible offenders have all references to a prior criminal conviction cleared and their court file sealed.  A New Beginning was created in an effort to give back to the community and to provide people a second chance. 

A criminal record can significantly impact a person’s ability to earn an income which could result in difficulty obtaining housing, food and clothing.  It is our belief that the ability to have basic necessities should not be diminished due to a prior criminal history.
